Newly built --- just 5 years old.
We will share the spacious living room, family room, bright and clean dining room, and roofed balcony.
The family room is awesome study spot! It is equipped with a solid wood table that can sit 8 people around.
Your room is equipped with a new queen bed, new mattress, and a spacious closet.
Your bathroom --- it is all yours! Spacious cabinet and a full bath tub.

April - I am Korean and I speak English and Chinese besides my mother language.
My hubby - He's American! Only English! lol
We are low-key. We work a lot and go to church a lot.
Why Homestay? Why not just rent out the room?
I myself was an international student for many years.
The most difficult part of those years was that I was so alone...!
I would like to get to know you and be of help when you need me.
