Homestay in アメリカ, Redondo Beach
I am an active lady who enjoys spending time with my god children, gardening, dancing, baking, having movie nights at home and hosting exchange students. Although I have retired after 30 years in the Banking industry, I'm still an event coordinator and part-time background extra on TV shows. I have enjoyed showing students around LA over the years. I am a bird lover and do have a few caged birds in the house, no birds in the guest bedrooms that are available. The first room is a nice, upstairs bedroom with blue walls and brown furniture with a twin size bed, desk, mirrored wardrobe doors, dresser and nightstand. There is a double window facing west that allows a nice breeze from the ocean and you can see the sunsets. The second room also upstairs is bright with two sets of double windows, pink/redish walls and white furniture including a full size bed, desk, mirrored wardrobe doors, dresser and nightstand. The third room is my office that is utilized as an extra guest bedroom when needed. It has purple walls with brown furniture and a twin size bed. It is also bright and airy located upstairs with two sets of double windows, one set faces west for a nice breeze and you can see the sunsets. There is limited closet space. You will share the guest bathroom pictured with another guest or you may have it to yourself. You will have full access to the laundry room and kitchen. No smoking. Mild alcohol consumption is alright, if over 21. You must be able to easily maneuver stairs. My house is located on quiet residential street a short distance from the 405 freeway and about 5 miles away from the beach. $1 shuttle ride to all three local beaches Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach and Manhattan Beach. There are restaurants, shops, post office and a library just blocks away also a large, 3 story mall (South Bay Galleria) in walking distance with movie theaters and a major bus terminal.
