Hi!
My name is Ruben and I am offering a homestay room at my place in Irvine, Caliifornia! We are in Orange County, and for your convenience, I've listed some quick facts about the place below.
Cost - A month-to-month private room is available for rent in June with $400 refundable deposit. Utilities, water, gas, sewer, electricity, high speed internet, and cable TV included. Let us help support you with a comfortable room full of amenities here in Irvine, California.
Place - Home is fully furnished, very clean, organized, and placed in a quiet neighborhood. There are no pets, no smoking, and drug free. There are other people living at the house, several of which are working professionals. Parking in front of the house and street parking are available. It is a several minutes walk to bus stops. Nearby buses regularly go to UCI in less than 40min. And if you have a car, it is a short 6min drive away to UCI.
Condition - We have an unfurnished private room that can stay unfurnished or, if you'd like, we can have it furnished. Furnishings would include a twin sized bed, bedside table, desk, shelves, and lamp. You will have free access to the kitchen, space in the refrigerator, space for dry goods, as well as washer and dryer privileges. We have a workout area with a treadmill, yoga mat, dumbbells, and plyometrics box. The living room has a large flat screen smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Roku and more. We do not charge extra for toilet paper, or paper towels. Every person is responsible for cleaning after themselves in the shared bathroom, kitchen, refrigerator, and common areas regularly.
Food - Enjoy a several minutes walk to the closest bus stops to get to the Westpark Shopping Mall Plaza, Center Stone Plaza, Stone Creek Plaza, Von Karman Plaza, The District Tustin Legacy, Diamond Jamboree Shopping Center, and University Center Shopping Mall. Grocery stores include Sprouts, Target, H Mart, Grocery Outlet, Ralphs, Zion Market, 99 Ranch Market, Whole Foods, and Albertson's. There are also many more within driving distance.
