My place is close to major freeways and Downtown LA. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy bed, large kitchen, and the neighborhood. It's perfect if you are looking for a very quiet place. The studio looks like a cabin and includes amenities such as Wi-fi, a Large TV, Netflix, AC, Heater, a PRIVATE BATHROOM, and a shared KITCHEN with a guest. It has a PRIVATE ENTRANCE.
My place and area is also private, very quiet, and safe. There is external safety because of the gate on the property and 24/7 security cameras around the premises (Front yard, gate, backyard, and on parking spots). There is a large front yard patio and a backyard patio in the property to do work and relax. It is a triplex and we live in the front part of the house so we keep everything clean.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND.
