Welcome to Beautiful Sunny California!
Our home is a very spacious, Historical property, that has been completely remodeled. Situated in the trendy and diverse neighborhood, Silver Lake. There is a patio area surrounded by fruit trees & a beautiful garden, where you can relax & unwind at the end of your busy day. Our home has great views of the San Gabriel Mountains, Downtown L.A., Griffith Park Observatory, & the Hollywood sign. All 4 bedrooms have King size beds, basic furnishings, and 2 shared bathrooms. Amenities offered are Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV, Central Air & Heat, Gated grounds/Security System, Utilities (water, electricity, & gas), & a Cleaning Lady (once per week). Bus stop is two blocks away from the house. Parking can be arranged for an additional fee. Airport pickup/drop off to LAX is an additional fee. Hostess requires that there be No Smoking, Drinking, Drug Use, or Over Night Guests.
Local points of interest: Hollywood, Griffith Park, Dodger Stadium, Olvera Street, China Town, Little Tokyo, Korea Town, Downtown, L.A. Live, L.A. Coliseum, Rose Bowl, The Grove, The Americana, & the Greek Theatre and Pantages theatres. A short distance away is our famous beaches such as Venice, Santa Monica, Malibu etc.. There are also many nightclubs, bars, & restaurants in walking distance from our home, on Sunset Blvd.
Our family has hosted students/guests for over 7 years from all over the world such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Mongolia, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Turkey, Hungary, Italy and Netherlands. We enjoy learning about the different cultures/customs, and sharing our culture with our students/guests. We look forward to dealing with Clean, Responsible, & Independent students/guests. Hostess is also willing to assist with conversational English. We must inform all that our home has 2 miniature dogs. We want to make your stay a positive & memorable experience.
